Milk Pudding




Ingredients :
  • 6 cups milk
  • 2 bananas -- pureed
  • 2 teaspoons apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

METHOD

  • Boil milk and reduce the heat to low.
  • Stir the milk occasionally.
  • Simmer the milk for about 30 minutes until the milk is reduced by about 2/3 of its volume.
  • Add banana pure and apple butter.
  • Add brown rice syrup and cardamom.
  • Cool and keep in a refrigerator.
  • Serve chilled.
Note : Add dried fruits and 1/4 teaspoon pistachios or almonds or cashews for variety
(optional).
